Calums Cabin provide holiday homes located on the Isle of Bute, at Dumfries House in Ayrshire and Anstruther for children suffering from cancer or a cancer related illness. We provide special spaces where families can come and spend quality family time together, make irreplaceable memories and recharge their batteries.
We are absolutely delighted to announce the opening of our ninth Glasgow flat in 2022! This represents another key moment for us as we are able to support even more families who have to spend long periods of time away from home when a child is enduring longer term treatment at Glasgow’s children’s hospitals and home is a very long way away. We strive to be able to provide families a home away from home when faced with such uncertainty.
All of our work at Calums Cabin is only possible through the generosity of our supporters and volunteers which enables us to help families all across the country. At Calums Cabin we believe no child suffering from cancer, or a cancer related illness should miss out on the chance to holiday with their loved ones.
The Speirs family has been humbled and delighted to receive awards and recognition to mark their achievements.
